Bone Grafting

A bone graft is a surgical procedure used to fix problems of shortage of the bone in the quantity and/or quality.

Bone grafting is used to correct the shrinkage of the bone in 3 dimensions horizontal, vertical and the depth to accommodate the selected implant and/or to correct the appearance of the jaw bone, which is supporting the overlying soft tissue.

The bone used for bone grafting could be obtained from the patient or from external sources however the new science of the stem cells is use at Signature Smile for bone grafting to correct the diminished volume of the jaw bone to accommodate  the selected implant.
